Import Your Client List and Start Emailing in Minutes
Before you can start sending out campaigns, newsletters, or updates through the Wealthy Adviser Club Email Marketing System, you’ll need to upload your contacts.
This short guide (and accompanying video) shows you exactly how to do that — whether your data comes from your CRM, spreadsheet, or any other list.
📋 Step 1 – Go to “Contacts”
Start inside your Wealthy Adviser Club dashboard.
1️⃣ On the left-hand menu, click Contacts.
2️⃣ You’ll see an empty list if you haven’t uploaded anyone yet.
3️⃣ Along the top, you’ll notice two main buttons:
- Add Contact – for adding a single person manually
- Import Contacts – for uploading multiple people at once
If you just need to add one or two people manually, click Add Contact, enter their details (name, email, phone, etc.), and click Save.
Each contact will automatically appear inside the Conversations area, where all emails and replies will be stored.
📤 Step 2 – Export Your List from Your CRM
Every CRM is slightly different — Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Xplan, etc. — so your export process might vary.
Here’s the general approach:
1️⃣ Log in to your CRM or database.
2️⃣ Find the Export or Download Contacts option.
3️⃣ Choose CSV file (Comma Separated Values).
4️⃣ Save it to your computer.
Your CSV file should ideally include:

If you’re unsure how to export from your system, search:
🟢 “How to export contacts from [your CRM name]” — most have a short YouTube tutorial.
🗂️ Step 3 – Import Contacts into the Platform
Now you’re ready to bring your list in.
1️⃣ Click Import Contacts in your Wealthy Adviser Club dashboard.
2️⃣ Select your CSV file.
3️⃣ You’ll then see a screen asking you to map your fields.
Mapping means linking your column names from the CSV (like “Email Address” or “Full Name”) to the right fields inside the platform.
✅ For example:
- “First Name” → First Name
- “Email” → Email
- “Phone” → Phone Number
Make sure everything lines up correctly before continuing.
🏷️ Step 4 – Add Tags (Optional)
Once your fields are mapped, you can assign a tag to your entire upload — for example:
- 🏡 Current Mortgage Clients
- 💰 Protection Clients
- 🧾 Review Needed
- ✉️ Newsletter Subscribers
Tags are completely optional but make it easier later to send targeted emails or segment your audience.
⚙️ Step 5 – Start the Import
When everything looks good, click Start Import in the bottom right.
The system will begin uploading your data — it usually takes less than a minute, even for large lists.
You’ll then see all your contacts appear instantly inside your Contacts Dashboard.
💬 Step 6 – Review in Conversations
Once uploaded, every contact will have its own Conversation thread.
Here you’ll see all messages, emails, and replies back and forth — a full record of your communication history.
This makes it easy to track who’s received which emails, replied, or clicked links.

- 📦 This isn’t a full CRM — it’s designed for email marketing and social media automation.
- 🧠 You can still use your main CRM for pipeline management, compliance, and notes.
- 📨 This system is purely for sending professional email campaigns, newsletters, and automated messages to your audience.
