Customise Your Emails to Match Your Brand and Audience

This tutorial walks you through how to select, edit, and customise your email templates inside the Wealthy Adviser Club email marketing system.

With these templates, you can design professional, branded campaigns in just minutes — no design experience required.


🔐 Step 1 – Log In to Your Account

Visit app.wealthyadvisorsclub.com and log in with your member credentials.

If you’re not yet a member, follow the sign-up link in the description to get access.


🧭 Step 2 – Navigate to the Email Templates Section

1️⃣ Once logged in, click Emails in the top navigation bar.
2️⃣ Click Templates to open the template library.
3️⃣ Click the + New button to create a new template.
4️⃣ Select Email Marketing Templates.


🗂️ Step 3 – Browse Template Categories

Click Show More to expand the template categories and see all available options.

You can filter by category to find templates that suit your needs — for example:

  • 🏡 Mortgage & Protection
  • 📈 Financial Planning
  • 🎯 Referral & Review Emails
  • 🎉 Seasonal Campaigns

Once you find a design you like, click Choose Template to open it in the editor.


🎨 Step 4 – Edit Your Template

When your template loads, simply click on any section you want to change.
A sidebar will appear on the left-hand side — this is your main editing panel.

Here you can:
✅ Replace images using Upload from Media Library
✅ Edit text by double-clicking on titles or paragraphs
✅ Change font size, style, or colour from the top bar
✅ Add new blocks, buttons, or images using the Elements menu

💡 Tip: To replace a logo or banner, click directly on it, then upload your own image file from your media library.


To link a button or image:
1️⃣ Double-click the button or image.
2️⃣ In the left-hand editing bar, find the Link URL field.
3️⃣ Enter your website, booking link, or landing page URL.

For example, you might link your Calendly booking page or lead capture form.


⚙️ Step 6 – Add or Modify Elements

Click Elements to explore extra components you can add — such as:

  • Text blocks
  • Dividers
  • Social media icons
  • Buttons
  • Images or GIFs

Simply drag and drop them into your email layout, then customise their look.


💾 Step 7 – Save Your Template

Once you’re happy with your design:
1️⃣ Give your template a clear name so you can recognise it later.
2️⃣ Click Save Template to save all recent changes.
3️⃣ Click Back to return to your main dashboard or campaigns page.

Your new custom email template is now ready to use in your campaigns.
