Organise and Segment Clients for Smarter Communication
This tutorial will guide you through the process of applying tags to your contacts within your Wealthy Adviser Club account.
Tags help you segment your clients based on products, needs, or relationship status — allowing you to send targeted emails, manage campaigns, and stay organised.
🔐 Step 1 – Log In
Go to app.wealthyadvisorsclub.com and log in using your member credentials.
If you’re not yet a member, click the Sign-Up link in the description to create your account before proceeding.
📇 Step 2 – Navigate to the Contacts Section
From your main dashboard:
1️⃣ Click Contacts in the sidebar.
2️⃣ This will open your full client list, where you can view and manage all your contact records.
✅ Step 3 – Select Contacts to Tag
Check the box beside each contact you want to tag.
You can select one contact or multiple at once, depending on your tagging needs.
🏷️ Step 4 – Add Tags
1️⃣ Click the Add Tags button.
2️⃣ In the Description field, enter a short note explaining the purpose of the tag — for example:
- “Added for annual review email sequence”
- “New protection clients from October campaign”
🧭 Step 5 – Choose Tags
1️⃣ Click the tag selection area to open the list of available tags.
2️⃣ Select one or more tags from the dropdown menu — for example:
- Mortgage Clients
- Life Insurance Leads
- Property Investors

💾 Step 6 – Apply the Tags
Once you’ve chosen your tags, click Add Tags to confirm.
The system will automatically assign the selected tags to your chosen contacts.
📊 Step 7 – Track Tagging Progress
After applying the tags, you can:
- Click Check Progress to monitor the tagging process.
- Click Show Stats to view insights on tag usage and distribution across your contact list.
These metrics help you understand your client segments and refine your marketing strategies.

You’ve successfully applied tags to your contacts.
