📊 Step 1 – Understand Your Email Statistics

When you first open the Email Marketing tab, you’ll see an example dashboard.

Here’s what your stats will show once you start sending:

  • 🔗 Clicked – How many links were clicked
  • 🗓️ Actions – How many people filled out a form, booked a meeting, or completed a CTA

🧱 Step 2 – Create Your First Campaign

Click New Campaign in the top right corner.
You’ll see three options:

1️⃣ Choose a Template – Start with a pre-designed email layout.
2️⃣ Blank Template – Build one from scratch.
3️⃣ Import Email – Copy in your own HTML or previous campaign.

If you’re new, start with a template — it’s quick and easy.


🎨 Step 3 – Customise Your Email

Once inside the editor, you can:

  • Upload your logo
  • Edit the text directly
  • Add images, videos, or even custom code (if you want advanced layouts)
  • Change colours, fonts, and layout to match your brand

Most templates already look clean and professional — a big upgrade from the generic, text-only emails most advisers send.

Since both tools are in one place, it’s easy to pull across your best-performing visuals and captions.

You can either:

  • Write directly in the editor, or

✅ Choose who to send it to — individual contacts, full lists, or by tags (like “Protection Clients” or “Remortgage Leads”).
✅ Schedule your send — pick a date and time.
✅ Batch schedule (optional) — send recurring campaigns weekly or monthly, like a Monday newsletter.

You can also segment your audience — for example:

  • Life insurance clients
  • Remortgage customers
  • New leads
  • Review reminders

This ensures your emails stay relevant and personal.
