🪄 Step-by-Step: How to Use the Custom GPT

1️⃣ Open the Custom GPT

Inside your Wealthy Adviser Club dashboard, you’ll now see a new menu option on the left-hand side called Custom GPT.
Click it to open the email assistant.

If it’s your first time using it, you’ll be prompted to sign in with your OpenAI (ChatGPT) account — just like you do for any GPT.


2️⃣ Tell It About Your Business

To make your emails sound like you, the GPT needs some quick background info:

  • 🏢 Your Business Name
  • 🎨 Brand Colours
  • 🌐 Your Website URL (so it can analyse your tone and style)
  • 🧑‍💼 Your Target Audience (e.g. mortgage clients, protection clients, landlords, professionals)
  • 🎯 Goal of the Email (e.g. reminder, referral, renewal, review, update)

💡 Tip:
You can keep a small text file or note on your computer with this information and paste it in each time.

If you want to make it even easier — just include your website URL and it will pull your tone and details automatically.


3️⃣ Choose the Type of Email

Once you’ve entered your info, simply ask it what you want:

“Write a friendly renewal reminder email for my existing life insurance clients.”

“Draft a referral request email for clients who’ve just completed a mortgage.”

“Create a three-step email sequence for clients who haven’t replied.”

The GPT will then generate three professional email options for you — all slightly different in tone (e.g. short & direct, warm & conversational, or detailed & informative).


4️⃣ Copy the Email Into Your Campaign
