Step-by-Step Guide to Sending Campaigns and One-to-One Emails
This tutorial walks you through the process of sending emails directly to your contacts from within your Wealthy Adviser Club account.
Whether you’re sending a one-to-one email or a campaign to multiple clients, this guide shows you every step to get your message delivered professionally.
🔐 Step 1 – Log In to Your Account
Visit app.wealthyadvisorsclub.com and log in with your member credentials.
If you’re not yet a member, click the sign-up link in the description to create your account before continuing.
📇 Step 2 – Go to the Contacts Section
From your dashboard:
1️⃣ Click Contacts in the sidebar.
2️⃣ This opens your full list of contacts.
👤 Step 3 – Select a Contact to Email
Click on the specific contact you want to email.
This will open their contact profile and allow you to send a personalised message.
📨 Step 4 – Begin Composing Your Email
1️⃣ Click the Email button to start composing your message.
2️⃣ In the email creation window, fill out the following fields:
- Campaign Name: Enter a name for internal tracking (e.g., “Mortgage Review Follow-Up”).
- Sender Name: Type the name you want recipients to see (e.g., “John Smith, ABC Mortgages”).
- Sender Email: Enter the professional email address that recipients will see in the “From” field (e.g., info@yourcompany.com).
- Subject Line: Write a clear, engaging subject line that encourages opens.
- Email Body: Type or paste your message content here.

Before sending, check the confirmation box to verify that all contacts have consented to receive marketing communications.

Once everything looks correct:
- Click Send Email to begin sending your message.
The system will start delivering the email to your selected contact(s).
📊 Step 7 – Track Delivery and Performance
After sending, you can monitor the email’s performance:
- Click Check Progress to view real-time delivery updates.
- Click Show Stats for in-depth analytics such as:
- Email delivered successfully
- Open rates
- Click-through rates
- Unsubscribes
- Email delivered successfully
These metrics help you understand how your contacts engage with your emails.

Now you can view replies in your Conversations tab, or send follow-ups directly from your dashboard.
