Using templates is the fastest way to create consistent, professional social media content.
The Wealthy Advisers Club Social Planner provides ready-to-use post templates for multiple categories — helping you save time and keep your brand voice aligned across every platform.
This guide will show you how to find, customise, and schedule posts using a pre-built template.
Step 1: Start a New Post
From your dashboard, click New Post.
This opens the post creation menu.
Step 2: Open the Template Library
Navigate to Social Planner Templates.
Here, you’ll find pre-designed templates for categories such as mortgages, insurance, property, protection, and more.
Step 3: Search for a Template
Click on the Search for a Template field.
Type in your desired category — for this example, we’ll use “Insurance.”
Browse the available templates and select the one that fits your post idea best.
Step 4: Select and Continue
Click on your chosen Template, then select Continue to move to the next step.
Step 5: Choose Your Social Media Accounts
Click Select Socials to choose which platforms you want to post on (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, or Instagram).
Then navigate to Select a Social Account and choose the connected accounts for posting.
Step 6: Choose Your Posting Days
Select the days you’d like your post to go live — perfect for planning your weekly or monthly content calendar.
Step 7: Schedule Your Post
Navigate to Schedule Posts and select Review to preview everything before publishing.
Step 8: Review and Preview
Before scheduling:
- 🖼️ Click the image to preview your post’s visual.
- ✍️ Check the caption to ensure tone and message are correct.
- 👀 Preview the full post to confirm formatting and appearance across platforms.
Step 9: Finalise and Schedule
Once you’ve reviewed the post and you’re happy with it, click Schedule.
Your post is now queued to publish automatically on the selected day and time.
