Quickly Create and Manage Contacts in Your Account

This tutorial will guide you through the simple process of adding new contacts manually inside your Wealthy Adviser Club account.

Adding contacts is the first step to building your email list and sending personalised campaigns to your clients.


🔐 Step 1 – Log In to Your Account

Visit app.wealthyadvisorsclub.com and log in with your member credentials.

If you’re not a member yet, click the sign-up link in the description to create your account before continuing.


📇 Step 2 – Go to the Contacts Section

Once you’re logged in:
1️⃣ Click the Contacts tab in the left-hand sidebar.
2️⃣ This will open your Contact Management Area, where you can:

  • View all your existing contacts
  • Add new contacts
  • Edit or delete existing entries

➕ Step 3 – Add a New Contact

Click the Add Contact button in the top-right corner of your Contacts page.

This will open a simple contact form.


✍️ Step 4 – Enter Contact Details

Fill in the fields with your client’s basic information:

  • First Name: Enter your contact’s first name.
  • Last Name: Enter their last name.
  • Email Address: Enter the client’s primary email (this will be used for all email marketing and communication).

💡 Tip:
Make sure the email address is correct — invalid or mistyped emails will bounce and affect your email delivery score.


💾 Step 5 – Save the Contact

Once you’ve entered the contact information:
1️⃣ Click the Save button.
2️⃣ You’ll see a confirmation message that your contact has been added successfully.

The new contact will now appear in your main contact list.


🎉 Step 6 – Success!

You’ve successfully added a new contact by entering their first name, last name, and email address, and saving the record.

From here, you can:
✅ Edit or update the contact’s information anytime
✅ Assign them to tags or groups (e.g., “Mortgage Clients” or “Protection Leads”)
✅ Add notes or track interactions
