Organise and Segment Your Client List with Ease
This tutorial will guide you through how to create contact tags in your Wealthy Adviser Club account, allowing you to organise, filter, and target specific groups of clients more effectively.
Tags help you manage clients by type — such as mortgage clients, protection clients, landlords, or prospects — making your communication and marketing much more personalised.
🔐 Step 1 – Log In
Go to app.wealthyadvisorsclub.com and log in using your member credentials.
If you’re not signed up yet, click the Sign-Up link in the description to create your account before proceeding.
⚙️ Step 2 – Open Settings
From your dashboard:
1️⃣ Click the Settings menu in the sidebar.
2️⃣ This opens your account configuration area, where you can manage various system preferences, including tags, integrations, and email settings.
🏷️ Step 3 – Access the Tags Section
Click the Tags button.
This is where all your existing tags are listed and managed.
➕ Step 4 – Add a New Tag
1️⃣ Click Add New Tag to start creating a new one.
2️⃣ Enter your desired Tag Name — for example:
- Existing Mortgage Clients
- Life Insurance Renewals
- Prospective Landlords
- High Net Worth Clients
💾 Step 5 – Save Your Tag
Once you’ve entered your tag name:
- Click Create to save it.
Your new tag will now appear in your tag list, ready to be applied to any contact.
🎉 Step 6 – Success!
You’ve successfully created a new contact tag in the Wealthy Adviser Club.
