Upload Multiple Contacts at Once Using a CSV File
This tutorial will guide you through the process of bulk importing contacts into your Wealthy Adviser Club account.
Bulk importing allows you to quickly upload a large number of clients from your CRM, spreadsheets, or existing contact lists — saving you hours of manual entry time.
🔐 Step 1 – Log In to Your Account
Go to app.wealthyadvisorsclub.com and log in with your member credentials.
If you haven’t signed up yet, check the signup link in the description to create your account before continuing.
🧾 Step 2 – Prepare Your Contact File
Before uploading, make sure you have a properly formatted CSV file ready.
Your CSV file should include:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- (Optional) Phone Number, Business Name, or Notes
💡 Tip: Keep your file clean and remove any blank rows or invalid emails to avoid errors during import.
File requirements:
- File format: CSV
- Maximum size: 30 MB
📇 Step 3 – Navigate to the Contact Section
Once you’re logged in:
1️⃣ Click Contacts in the sidebar menu.
2️⃣ This will open your contact management dashboard, where you can view, edit, or import new records.
📥 Step 4 – Start the Import Process
1️⃣ Click the Import Contacts button at the top of the page.
2️⃣ Select Contacts to confirm that you want to upload new client records.
3️⃣ Click Next to proceed.
📂 Step 5 – Upload Your CSV File
You’ll now see an upload window.
- Click the upload area or drag and drop your CSV file directly into it.
- Wait for the file to upload (depending on size, this may take a few seconds).
- Once the upload is complete, click Next to continue.
💡 Note: You can upload files up to 30 MB, which can contain thousands of contacts.
✅ Step 6 – Confirm the Import
1️⃣ Check the confirmation checkbox to verify that the import details are correct.
2️⃣ Click Next again to move forward.
3️⃣ Finally, click Start Bulk Import to begin importing your contacts.
The system will now start processing your file and automatically map your fields (e.g., first name, last name, email) to the correct columns in the Wealthy Adviser Club database.
📊 Step 7 – Track Your Import Progress
To monitor the progress:
1️⃣ Click the Bulk Actions button.
2️⃣ Select Show Stats to view your import progress and results.
You’ll see:
- How many contacts were uploaded successfully
- Any skipped or failed rows (if applicable)
- Overall import status
🎉 Step 8 – Confirm Your Contacts Were Imported
Once complete, return to your Contacts list and check for the newly added records.
✅ If you see them listed with the correct details, your bulk import was successful!
