Send and Receive Emails Securely Using Your Own Domain

This tutorial walks you through the step-by-step process of connecting your custom domain to the Wealthy Adviser Club email marketing system.

Connecting your domain ensures your emails are sent securely, look professional, and come directly from your own business address (e.g. info@yourcompany.com), rather than a generic sender.


🔐 Step 1 – Log In to Your Account

Visit app.wealthyadvisorsclub.com and log in using your member credentials.

If you’re not yet a member, click the sign-up link in the description to create your account before continuing.


⚙️ Step 2 – Open Email Service Settings

Once logged in:
1️⃣ Click Email Services in the left-hand sidebar.
2️⃣ This will open your email marketing settings page.

From here, you’ll manage everything related to email domains and deliverability.


🌍 Step 3 – Add a Dedicated Domain

1️⃣ Click Dedicated Domain and IP.
2️⃣ Click Add Domain to begin connecting your domain.

Enter your domain name (for example, yourcompany.com) into the field provided.

Then click Add and Verify to start the setup process.

This tells the system to begin verifying that you own the domain.


🔑 Step 4 – Verify and Authorise Your Domain

After clicking Add and Verify, follow the on-screen instructions:

1️⃣ Click Continue to move to the next step.
2️⃣ Click Authorize Domain — this allows the Wealthy Adviser Club system to send emails on behalf of your domain.

You’ll be redirected to your domain registrar (where you purchased or manage your domain, such as GoDaddy, Namecheap, Google Domains, etc.).

Click Connect when prompted.

💡 Tip:
If you’re unsure how to log in or locate your DNS settings, your registrar’s support team can assist.


✅ Step 5 – Confirm the Connection

Once your domain connects successfully, click Close to exit the registrar screen.

Then, return to app.wealthyadvisorsclub.com.

Back inside the platform, click Verify Domain.

If the verification is successful, your domain will now appear under your Email Service Settings as “Verified.”


🎉 Step 6 – You’re Connected!

That’s it — your custom domain is now connected to the Wealthy Adviser Club email system.

You can now:
✅ Send professional emails from your own domain (e.g. info@yourcompany.com)
✅ Improve deliverability and trust with clients
✅ Ensure your emails are secure and compliant
✅ Maintain full ownership and control of your data
