Send Branded, Professional Emails Directly from Your Own Domain

If you’re going to send email campaigns through the Wealthy Adviser Club Email Marketing System, you don’t want them going out from some random address.
You want every message to come from your own business email — for example, info@yourbusiness.co.uk.

This guide (and accompanying video) will walk you step-by-step through how to connect your custom domain and email service — whether you use Gmail, Outlook, or another provider.

Don’t worry — it looks more technical than it really is. You only have to do this once, and your existing inbox (like Gmail or Outlook) will stay completely unaffected.

🧭 Step-by-Step: Connecting Your Email Domain

1️⃣ Go to Settings → Email Services

In the bottom-left corner of your dashboard, click Settings, then choose Email Services.
You’ll see a setup screen that might look complicated at first, but we’ll break it down.

2️⃣ Add & Verify Your Domain

Click Add and Verify and type in your business email domain (for example, yourbusiness.co.uk).

The system will then generate a short list of records you need to add — things like:

  • TXT records
  • CNAME records
  • MX records

These records allow our platform to send emails on your behalf — without touching or replacing your Gmail or Outlook account.

🧰 Step-by-Step: Adding the DNS Records

Each record comes with two things:

  • A Type (TXT, CNAME, MX, etc.)
  • A Value (which you’ll copy and paste)

Here’s what to do:

  1. Log in to your domain provider’s dashboard (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Google Domains, IONOS, etc.).
  2. Go to DNS Settings.
  3. Click Add New Record.
  4. Select the correct record type (TXT, CNAME, or MX).
  5. Paste in the values exactly as shown.
  6. Repeat this process for each record.

💡 Tip: Every domain provider has a slightly different layout.
If you’re not sure where your DNS settings are, search “How to add DNS records on [your provider]” on YouTube — there are dozens of simple tutorials.

Once all the records are added, go back to the Wealthy Adviser Club setup page and click Verify Records.

🔐 Optional: DMARC & SSL Verification

You might see a message about DMARC — this is optional.
DMARC helps with spam prevention, but you can skip it safely if you’re unsure.

Next, the system will check for an SSL certificate.
Most domain providers already include SSL automatically.
If it asks you to verify, just click Verify SSL, and you’ll be good to go.

🏷️ Step-by-Step: Add Your Email Header

Now, the final step — set the “From” name and email address that will appear on your outgoing campaigns.

Example:

FieldExample
Company NameABC Mortgages
Emailinfo@abcmortgages.co.uk

Make sure the email address matches the one you’ve linked and verified.

Once this is done, you’re ready to send fully branded, compliant, professional emails directly from your own business address.

💬 Why We Designed It This Way

We wanted this system to add to your workflow — not replace it.

You’ll still have full access to your Gmail, Outlook, or other inbox just like normal.
You’ll simply use your Wealthy Adviser Club Email Marketing tool for mass sends, newsletters, and client campaigns.

That means:
✅ You can still check and reply to emails inside Gmail or Outlook.
✅ You can send large campaigns to thousands of contacts via your WAC account.
✅ Nothing in your normal email setup gets changed or disrupted.

It’s designed to give you more options — not more headaches.

💡 Why Verification Matters

Verifying your domain protects your email deliverability and brand reputation.

Without it, email servers might flag your messages as spam or “unverified.”
Once you’re verified, every campaign you send will look like it’s coming directly from your business — because it is.

⚙️ Troubleshooting & Support

If your records don’t verify straight away:

  • Wait 10–15 minutes and try again (DNS updates can take time).
  • Double-check there are no typos or missing values.
  • Watch the built-in help video in the bottom left of the setup screen (created by the software provider).

If you’re still stuck, contact your domain host’s support — they’ll usually add the records for you within minutes.

🎉 You’re Done!

Once verified, you’ll see a success message and your domain will be ready to use.
From there, you can start sending campaigns, newsletters, and appointment reminders right away.

Remember — this is a one-time setup.
You won’t need to do it again unless you change your domain.
