Wealthy Advisers Club

🚀 Overview

Your brand voice defines how your business communicates — across social media, emails, and marketing campaigns.
This guide walks you through how to create your Brand Voice using the Wealthy Advisers Club Social Planner, so your content stays professional, consistent, and aligned with your values.

Step 1: Go to the Brand Board

From your dashboard, click on Brand Board in the left-hand menu.
This is where you manage your visual identity, tone, and messaging.

Step 2: Navigate to Brand Voice

Next, click on Brand Voice.
This section allows you to define how your brand sounds across all communications.

Step 3: Add a New Brand Voice

Click on Add Brand Voice.
Then, select Choose Source — you can either create one manually or use your existing website as a reference.

For this example, we’ll use a website.

Step 4: Enter Your Brand Details

  • Name: Enter your brand name (e.g., “Wealthy Advisers Club”).
  • Description: Briefly describe your brand — who you are, what you stand for, and your mission.
  • Reference URL: Paste your business website link in the “Add a Reference URL” field.
    • Your business name should appear here.
    • Your website should appear here.

This helps the system analyse your brand identity and tone.

Step 5: Choose Your Tone

Select the tone that best represents your brand’s communication style.
For this example, we’ll use Professional, but you can choose from options like:

  • Friendly
  • Confident
  • Inspirational
  • Authoritative

Your tone sets the personality of your content.

Step 6: Review Brand Attributes

Now, review and confirm the key sections of your brand voice profile:

  • Target Audience – Who are you speaking to?
  • Customer Pain Points – What problems do they face?
  • Brand Promise – What do you deliver consistently?
  • Brand Values – What principles guide your business?
  • What Does Your Brand Do? – Core services or offerings.
  • What Makes You Better Than Competitors? – Your differentiators.
  • Unique Selling Proposition (USP) – Your key advantage.
  • Risks of Inaction – What clients miss out on if they don’t act.
  • Call to Action (CTA) – What you want your audience to do next.

Each of these points helps the Social Planner generate content that truly reflects your business personality and purpose.

Step 7: Save Your Brand Voice

Once everything looks accurate, click Save Brand Voice.
Your brand voice is now stored and ready to be used for social media scheduling, captions, and marketing content creation.
